Energize your body and boost your stamina with our dynamic fitness training classes. From strength training to cardio, every session is designed to help you reach your goals. Some of our coaches are certified and experienced physical therapists. They can train you to do the basic physical therapy exercises, to avoid pain and discomfort in your daily physical activities.

The Happily-Club has 19 different categories of 3-to-5-minute micro-activity sessions to break the monotony of the day, recalibrate and rejuvenate. All sessions are led by experienced coaches, teachers and facilitators who are also Happily-Club members and Ambassadors. Members can vote on the sessions, ask questions to coaches, or share their experiences in the Members’ Community Forum. Some sessions are interactive between members and facilitators.
