Practicing gratitude increases happiness, reduces stress, fosters a positive mindset, and encourages empathy. It also strengthens and nourishes relationships. It helps us appreciate how our lives are positively affected by others. We are all connected with each other in so many ways. In this activity, you will share your feelings of gratitude with other online attendees, and be inspired by so many grateful feelings expressed by them.

The Happily-Club has 19 different categories of 3-to-5-minute micro-activity sessions to break the monotony of the day, recalibrate and rejuvenate. All sessions are led by experienced coaches, teachers and facilitators who are also Happily-Club members and Ambassadors. Members can vote on the sessions, ask questions to coaches, or share their experiences in the Members’ Community Forum. Some sessions are interactive between members and facilitators.
