Focusing on life’s happy, positive moments are scientifically proven to boost happiness hormones. Writing down and sharing happy and inspiring thoughts with others, reinforces them in the brain, both for you and the people you share them with. Our experienced coaches will work with you, as you do the Magic of Happiness activity with them and with other online attendees.

The Happily-Club has 19 different categories of 3-to-5-minute micro-activity sessions to break the monotony of the day, recalibrate and rejuvenate. All sessions are led by experienced coaches, teachers and facilitators who are also Happily-Club members and Ambassadors. Members can vote on the sessions, ask questions to coaches, or share their experiences in the Members’ Community Forum. Some sessions are interactive between members and facilitators.
