Enhance your skills and knowledge with our learning sessions. These are simply for fun! Learning stimulates neural plasticity, which helps our brains stay young. It can delay cognitive decline and dementia, and may also reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s. Learning new topics regularly can reduce fear of the unknown and boost confidence.

The Happily-Club has 19 different categories of 3-to-5-minute micro-activity sessions to break the monotony of the day, recalibrate and rejuvenate. All sessions are led by experienced coaches, teachers and facilitators who are also Happily-Club members and Ambassadors. Members can vote on the sessions, ask questions to coaches, or share their experiences in the Members’ Community Forum. Some sessions are interactive between members and facilitators.
