Daily scheduled, on-demand, and live sessions with our coaches and experts.

Discover how to fuel your body correctly, and make smarter food choices every day, by attending certified nutritionist-led classes, and following their tips. What, how much, and at what times we eat, and our moods while eating, affect the health of our digestive system, and the microbiota that resides in our digestive track. The microbiota helps our body digest the food we eat. Our coaches answer your questions and help you create the right nutrition plans for your physical and mental fitness goals, including weight loss, without damaging your kidneys and liver.

Scheduled, On-Demand and Live Sessions

The Happily-Club has 19 different categories of 3-to-5-minute micro-activity sessions to break the monotony of the day, recalibrate and rejuvenate. All sessions are led by experienced coaches, teachers and facilitators who are also Happily-Club members and Ambassadors. Members can vote on the sessions, ask questions to coaches, or share their experiences in the Members’ Community Forum. Some sessions are interactive between members and facilitators.
