Not all meditation methods are effective. Some are even harmful. Wave Meditation is a highly effective ancient method. Our founder, Ani Chitaley, has been using this method since 1975. It creates a calm and laser-focused state of mind. Our experienced coaches will guide you as you meditate with them. Your mind will easily lock into the specially created pulsating wave meditation sound we have created for Wave Meditation. Just 5 to 10 minutes of daily meditation are sufficient.

Scheduled, On-Demand and Live Sessions

The Happily-Club has 19 different categories of 3-to-5-minute micro-activity sessions to break the monotony of the day, recalibrate and rejuvenate. All sessions are led by experienced coaches, teachers and facilitators who are also Happily-Club members and Ambassadors. Members can vote on the sessions, ask questions to coaches, or share their experiences in the Members’ Community Forum. Some sessions are interactive between members and facilitators.
