Experience balance and inner peace with our guided yoga training classes for all skill levels. Stretch, strengthen, and breathe your way to a healthier body and a calmer, more confident mind. Our coaches, experienced in Ashtanga Yoga practice, will guide you, as you work on different yoga movements with them. The easiest ones are “Chair Yoga” that can be done any time during the day, even at work. They also guide advanced practitioners through the full set of Ashtanga Yoga, that requires 3 sessions of 15 minutes each.
